It is a time of Super Science and Sorcery. Mok, an aging Super rocker (songs by Lou Reed and voiced by Don Francks) has retired to Ohmtown. There his computers work on deciphering an ancient spell that requires a very, very special voice.
This edition of Rock and Rule contains all 4 Versions of this animated, full length Motion Picture. The US Version, the Canada Version, the UK/ (US Broadcast version), and last but not least, the Full length Prototype "US Version", with quite a few key differences from this version and the "main version".
